Dr. Nylund has been practicing and training in Narrative Therapy since 1991. He maintains a small case load in private practice, teaches in the Social Work Department at Sacramento State University as well as at the Vancouver School of Narrative Therapy, and is the clinical director at Gender Health Center.

Heather is a therapist, founder of Sex Positive Sacramento, professor in Social Work at Sacramento State University, and sex therapist. Her passions are numerous, but in her work she focuses on being client-centered, contextualizing and externalizing the influences supporting Problem(s), and conscientious collaboration.
