Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had already offered telehealth services to those in California, after virtually meeting to determine if distance therapy is appropriate for you.
I am able to provide therapy to folks who are residing within, and/or physically located, in California during the time of our sessions.
These are generally video sessions performed through a secure browser or app based platform that maintains HIPAA compliance - in short, it protects your information. It requires a fairly good internet connection, and a device which can access a browser or app, and which has a camera and microphone - that's it!
